Bohdan Motors has started fulfilling a contract to produce Bogdan-2351 multi-purpose off-road vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Military Portal on 4 September, citing the press service of Bohdan Motors.
The production is being carried out as part of the 2019 State Defence Order.
Following departmental testing, the Bogdan-2351 was recommended for controlled operation in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 345 dated 25 February 2015.
In 2017, the off-road vehicle underwent testing by the State Scientific Testing Centre of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Chernihiv, conducted at Ukrainian military proving grounds.
The Bogdan-2351 recently completed its trial operation in the Joint Forces Operation area in Donbas, which began in the spring of 2018.
During their trial deployment in the Joint Forces Operation zones, the Bogdan-2351 off-road vehicles took on a wide range of military “roles.”

- Engine: diesel, 2-litre capacity with 143 horsepower (105 kW).
